i was thinking about this explorer perk. i was thinking maybe its something  simple such as uncover every sqaure on the map, find every location on the map. something like that. if someone is up for it give it a shot.

Would make sense
But.. nah.. it would be even too easy with outdoorsman+pathfinder

Did anybody been in the Glow? I was there and I saw bodies of ghouls (one was named), but radiation nearly kill me, so I had to run away from there. I think Explorer perk might be there, but in the lower levels.

Hmm Rad Resistance perk might be with the Mantis at the NCR train station. Guy (girl actually) seems to know a lot about radiation and it's extreme forms so I'll chek it with his as soon as I meet the requirements.

I suggest to add description to each perk by 6pt font and missed perks to list with red or green glow.

if people want description of perk they can look it up them selfs. i added a link on where to find it. no need for people to be lazy all the time.
if i add perks that are missing, people will just be that wtf you have it there why is there no location to find it durrrr hurrr.

well no one told me where scout is yet so it might not be stark.

In VC where you get all quest that woman talked something about scout (Yes scout SF, but also something else..)
But I missed that dialog and she never mentioned that again :/ shame
