There is a man in Hub oldtown who something something "blends in with the shadows" in his description. he told me something along the lines of "right place, but you're not ready yet." he's in the building east of Jacob's. His description and dialogue uses a lot of sneak adjectives. sneak/steal related perk?

Demolition expert - Redding, right building from main entrance, guy in red skirt near slot machine.
Dead Man Walking - Necropolis. Ghoul near Water pump.

Yup, you're right. He teached me "thief" perk. I bet he will teach me the second thievery perk as well.

theres a way to get perks using drugs? I mean, if I have 148 of outdoorsman and I need 150 for the perk, can I take a drug to get the skills up?

Found some wierd Pyromaniac dialog in Redding- gives free 10mm Pistol.

But Pyro is supposed to be a Level Perk.

Maybe I missed something.

It is black red shirt in left of Malamute Saloon.

MagPers verified in Reno- Miss Kitty.


I'm still looking for Scout and Explorer.
I have talked to almost everyone in every place.

Bugs? Unimplemented?

hmm, who in the wasteland is an awesome explorer?, who efectivly, lives in the waste and knows it like the back of his hand?

the Chosen One? The Vault Dweler, A folower in F2 or even in FOnline?

probably lil Jesus, or one of the Wrights?  how about a trapper or a science man that knows shit in surviving the wasteland

who is teh survivalist of the wastest?
