[Spoilers] Support perks locations

I for one had the same issue. Couldnt get the dialog for the explorer perk even after visiting all stations. After that i explored almost the whole map (i left 2 squares black on the continent) and visited every possible location while passing by. I cant tell exactly if it was the map exploration or the location visits or both together, but i got the perk after that.
Btw: I didnt fix the geigers counter.

I did not fix the geiger counter, have explored only a bit more than half the map, have visited every station, completed a mans quest, almost completed doc andrews quest, was at the time a VC citizen, had 10 charisma, but got the perk only after finally visiting the sanfran station.

I got the explorer perk at last, apparently you have to explore the world map, after I got almost the whole map, I went to speak with Mantis and he gave me the new option.
I didn't do any quests, but I did visit every train station.
BTW; how to get Rad Resistance and Scout?

I just got it. You need to hit every location on the map.
Maybe someone would be will to experiment with hitting every main location and reporting back to this thread. Maybe you need to hit a majority of the locations or a percentage of the map. I don't know but I visited all of them including the train stations. The train stations alone do not change the dialogue.

I've achieved Explorer perk by visiting all train stations and wearing a Leather Jacket.
