She sed to scout San Francisco, you should go to sf and and visit interesting places. After that report back. This line of misions does not give any perks

You just need to think where you could get it.. If you played old Fallouts then just remember NPCs.. and keep reading Fallout history.

Stealth Girl = Hmm.. I got feeling about Children of the Cathedrals

Edit: Wait.. Enclave isn't place... NAVARRO ;D

I'm pretty sure you have to discover some hidden location like train stations, some toxic caves, sierra army depot, maybe a private mine.

Faster Healing
    * Ranks: 1
    * Generic requirements: Intelligence at least 6, Doctor at least 75
    * Generic effects: Healing Rate increased by 5
    * With this Perk, you get a +5 bonus to your Healing Rate. This is in addition to your normal healing rate, thus you heal faster.


I got 1charisma 6 int 75 Doc, went to SF, try to talk to Dr.Fung : "I'm asking you politely to leave my home"

Explorer, this perk, why can't anyone find it, maybe after a month or so...Or we could ask developers for it, I can bet a donation would make them change their minds and give us the location of Explorer  :o

This is not solution. I explored now full world map and I didnt get explorer.
