Ranger perk, I belive it's Sha Enin in NCR that trader in front of the tent with 2 tables around him. I belive you need outdoorsman or something or barter. It cought my attention when he said something about "great travelling merchant by the name Sha Enin" or something like that.

The Good Doctor:
Is there any limit to support perks?
(for example is it possible to get all of them if we meet the requirements? or is there a hard-coded limit of like 3 supports per character?)

Do support perks take up the place of level perks?
(so we get 8 level perks now, does taking 1 support perk leave us with 7 level perks?)

I don't think so :) and if that's the case then my character is fucked already.
