I do know.
1) Stop all torrents or other downloads (really helps!).
2) If #1 won't help, call to your internet provider and say everything you think about him and then change provider.
3) Or it's server's problem, but then everyone would be moonwalking Mikel Jacksons and spam forum with "lags, 2238 sux and dying, lazy devs, reboot server, where my donations go" messages.

My internet isnt lagging.. cause it was only like this after the event and everyone else that see's me can see it also..

I've seen him in game its pretty weird and if he went to do pvp he can probably use it to he's advantage. A GM should go on and clear this problem.
