One book can increase a skill from 5 to 1, it depends of current skill lvl.
Den quest: You have to pay for training if im not wrong it 3k caps.
Terminator perk is an anti-crit feature, with that perk You have 100% resit against crits if You have 10ST 10EN and 60% Doc
8ST 10EN 60% Doc will give You 80% resist and so on. Each ST or EN is like 5% to Crit resist.

Alright released a small update:
- Improved version support
- Added FOnline: Requiem version (beta). Doesn't contain all content and might be inaccurate.
I don't play Requiem myself, so it will be harder and slower to keep it up to date.
e. I forgot something and so saving builds wasn't possible. Now it is fixed. Sorry about this. :p

Up to 133%, actually, if you do this quest with 30-40% starting skill.

I mean dont have cap at 0 :P
