Crazy:
Level cap 28
3 toughness ranks with +10% DR each, BRD add +3dmg, uber perks sniper (lvl 27 PE8 AG8 SG80%), slayer (lvl 27 AG8 ST8 unarmed 80%) and terminator (lvl 27 8ST 8EN 60%doc). Living anatomy (lvl 18 80%doc 60% science IN8) add +5-15 damage. Perk "golden hand" (lvl 15 IN 10 ST8 science 170% repair 150%) to craft high tier things. Healer (lvl3, 2 ranks) give now +30-40HP for FA. Pyromaniac add +30 fire damage.

You can raise skills with books up to 92% (if I remember correctly). Skills concerned: Small Gun, First Aid, Science, Repair, Outdoorsman.


Drugs:
Psycho
12 min +50 DR against normal + 10 DR against laser +3 Agility
12 min +25 DR against normal + 5 DR against laser

Mentats
72 min +2 Per +1 Cha +2 Int
216 min -4 Per -3 Cha -4 Int

Buffout
18 min +3 Str +3 En +2 Agi
36 min -4 Str -4 En -4 Agi

Jet
3 min +1AP +1ST +1PE
10min -2AP -2ST -2PE

If you pay for replication and die all effects will be cleared.

To 91 for sure :P or tagged then 92

Remember about add info in terminator perk that every one more str and en give you 5% more crit resist (10 en and 10 str give you full resist of crits)

Oh and from some quest you can have 120% SG skill

Quest in DEN can boost Your SG up to 120% skill

How much does one book increase a skill? And how does that quest in Den work? Also I didn't really understand what Terminator perk does.
