this planner to work fine for me, but lately I can't scroll the perk list. anyone else have this problem? is this a known bug?

I had same problem, but i found a workaround. Use your mouse scroll wheel instead. It works for me.
Btw my web-browser is Chrome.
Opera:
Sorry, I haven't updated the graphics yet. All scrolling is done with your mousewheel. So the useless scrolling buttons will be gone when I have enough motivation to update the graphics. :)
Ganado:
Maybe also make it so that Page Up/Down can scroll through perks, too. So that people that don't have a scroll wheel/have a broken one can still pick perks?
