I don't think so, you should get it instantly, but I'm not sure... But I'm on 100% sure it was in Fallout 2, don't know about FOnline.

One small thing that I'd like is if it is possible for it to be 10% or 20% larger. I'm using a 22" screen and can't hit the buttons sometimes :p (but it's the same with FOnline itself..)

Sorry, can't do it bigger.
I'm not sure about the Educated perk. Atleast Lifegiver gives you +4 HP instantly...

Ah, and Skilled trait gives you a perk every 3 levels instead of every 4.

I don't think I will add armors.
Skilled trait is working fine. You get perks at 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 levels. Without Skilled at 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 21.

all numbers are hide and cannot see anything.
but that not my problem,because Mozilla is more better than IE i only tested on IE.
