I guess ive found some bug.
I did not take any perks at 9 lvl, because i wanted to rise my Steal skill as much as possible before taking Harmless. Then, at lvl 11 i finally took it, but when i gain lvl 12 no perk appears, and they stoped appearing at all (Perk button doesnt work too).

Thanks for your work btw, and sorry for my english  :P

Edit: ok, i tryed different variants and it (bug) does appear only if i do this:
1)
6,2,8,1,8,10,6 special
tagged: unarmed, fa, steal
small frame. good natured
Done

2)
all points to unarmed
3 lvl - toughness
next nex next
6 lvl toughness and 130 unarmed 115 fa 96 steal
next next next
9 lvl i push Back at perk table, all into steal
next Back next Back, all points into steal
then i press Perks button, choose Harmless
i press Next and!
....
PROFIT!
No perks appear, Perk button does nothing

Opera:
I need more details when this happens.

What are your SPECIAL, traits and tagged skills?

Edit: wow! I also noticed, that i can press "-" and regain some of my skillpoint right after i pressed Next. But that worked only for FA O_o

Edit 2: and i cant downrank skill even if i have just put some skillpoint in it, just pressing "+" some times, then "-" doesnt work O_o (tryed energy weapons)

Opera:
There is something wrong with the Harmless perk I guess.

Reducing skillpoints worked for doctor, speech and barter too.

Going to solve this now.

EDIT: Should be fixed now. There was mistake in Master Thief perk's requirements (missing operator for lockpick checking). And also mistake in Good Natured (lowered/rised skills at wrong "layer"). Should work just fine now.

Your calculator kicks ass. Thanks for going through all the effort.

One small thing that I'd like is if it is possible for it to be 10% or 20% larger. I'm using a 22" screen and can't hit the buttons sometimes :p (but it's the same with FOnline itself..)

And a tiny bug:
When taking Educated perk, by skillpoints are increased by 2 instantly. I think in FOnline the 2 skillpoints are added on next levelup only.
