I have sg sneaker, but lsw sneakers are better.
U need p90 and shoot before they do to kill them.
most of sg weapons are cheap and easy to obtain and lsws are little harder to get.

I wont tell u the exact stats, but u need high perception 10 or 12.
High inteligence, so u can get high sneak skill and maybe u should consider to take skilled.
Perks: ghost, silent running, sharpshooter and awareness are almost must to have

If u wanna make drugbuild, u can get 12ap and burst 3 times.

IMO, you don't really need very high PE if your sneaker is made for rambo actions and not for scouting purpose.

High PE is purely for detecting enemy sneakers, if you don't plan to kill enemy sneakers then PE 6-8 should be enough I guess.
