Question regarding new FCP

It seems that if I get the small frame trait I get plus 1 agility, but when I look at the perks it says 6 agility is required and that I have 5(small frame got me 1 more so I have 6), I would like to ask if it's a bug or small frame won't be used anymore to take perks.

Taking Small Frame should increase your AG by 1 and it should affect perk's requirement check. I couldn't reproduce this bug with any browser myself. Can you tell me what browser you are using and what version?
