Everytime im on there isnt a GM on, I understand that people have lives outside of Fo2238 but I log on during the day no GM and then later in the night and theres still no GM.

I bet GMs are in CBT (Closedbeta testing) for check things out.
Lately there been skin giveaways though, but yeah GMs haven't been online.

If there is no GM online in game, you should check official IRC channel: #2238.
Usually there is some slacker there.
