Just simple example about my suggestion (May already suggested, but now I didn't manage find topic, if it exists)

-----Friends/Enemies-----

Name (Red = Evil, Green = Good and Grey = Neutral)
Lvl (Or link to character page where you see SPECIAL, stats, etc..)
Time when added to friend/enemy (Ingame time)
Faction where player belongs (Loner, if not inside faction)

In pipboy and there is button that leads to "Friends/Enemies"

Everybody knows that best solution was name colorizing in external file. Oly devs wont sdmit their mistake and will not bring it back. Stupid players just cant have smarts enough to decide which colour their enemies and friends should show up.
