Hey, that' s  really good news !!!

I suppose we (TTTLA and VSB) are still considered as enemies (War never changes...), but it's cool if you keep this town and bring back some life in the Wasteland, it really needs this kind of project.

Dont know if militia was there when we started this, but i think he could have ment the player-militia and not the npcs.

Due to game mechanics Modoc isn't that attractive for players to hang around anymore.
Most visited hangout area now is Redding. Give it a visit. Get to know who you like (probably the ones that won't insta-kill you - I'm not calling gang names because some idiot is going to say "lol they are PK!!..... also swarm!!") and hang around, mine HQ stuff, hire mercs, craft HQ stuff, shoot bitches
