PickPocket Perk question.

Hello, does pickpocket perk increase the Steal ability range?

What you mean telepathic steal from 50 hexes? No, it just makes weight and victim's rotation have to effect, so you can steal miniguns standing in front of guy easily. However count of items I think still apply, so it'll be easier to steal 1 minigun than 10 miniguns regardless of perk.

Is there a way to steal NPC during encounters ?

Wallace:
Well yes but i prefer just killing everything that isn't BoS or Enclave

(Since all enclave soldiers have SNIPER perk with 10LK AND 300-650 HP <- now that's sick)
