I think THAT char would be good enough for you. It can get big gunsmith(lv.3) profession, got maximum hit points, stonewall with 10 endurance, toughness(at least 1 is MUST for real big gunner) and good doctor skill. If i were you i would do that build.

This char uses nuka cola and ciggarets. It makes build slightly better and even newbe is able to get them.

wait, what, wut...?!

Man, you obviously don't know what you are talking about. Why do you mention weapon handling while this build doesn't need it? Deakron don't worry and try it.
