Honestly I don't really see much of a point in having rain, this isn't a game about graphics, now if the rain affected % chance to hit I might think differently.

(Also Eternauta I think everyone got his suggestion wrong maybe it had to do with Tourettes)

Meh my post was off topic and in response to yet another persons post stating if you don't like this game move on.

As far as the Rain, it adds atmosphere yay, if it changed to hit like night does, hey that might be cool.  If it lowers chance of random encounters with other players because for example it made it harder to see, watch out the whining from pks will commence, cause that's realism that isn't in their favor.  If it never comes into game, well it's just one of a million ambiance things that will be thought about later and no one will probably lose sleep over it.
