new player looking for faction

im a fairly new player but have played all fallout games (i still do fallout 2 every now and then) looking for a faction not too bothered if good or evil but would like a faction that caters to both sides (pvp/pve)

managed to get lvl'd fairly quickly and still sort of finding my feet in this game am right now lvl 5/6  and still not got a tent LOL
