I solved my problem
I made the deathclaws go near the exit grid with me
then I left and when I went back in , it was still in TB
but I ended with CMBT because they were far

When you enter map that map is set to whatever you had combat set to. This is permanent.
once it is set to TB it will always be TB, when set to RT it will always be RT.
