a qestion about traders

Hi i've been crafting alot and everytime i go to sell i check many many traders and none of them have any caps. So where are all the best traders. Not counting the raiders cuz i can't join them. thanks!

theres usally caps  and high tier stuff at san fran . check tanker and traders in town.

really see that was like the first place i tried. nobody had any caps. unfortunatly i cant get into VC yet. so far the most i found is the drug dealer jules right as you enter new reno with 28k caps
