Is it possible to go over 300 with perks?

Also gives more hitchance. It can be observed in fonline character planner.

yes, +8% but only when player blinded

No. It adds +8% hit chance, but only if you have <10 PE, so it simply works just like +2 PE for hit chance (but capped at 10PE), and +6hexes for FOV.

What the hell guys, it's +8% hit chance whatever happen... If I remember well the code, it's -2 distance mod, (like it's -4 CtH by hex, it equal +8).
