Stuck in brotherhood bunker

I left the brotherhood faction in San Francisco bunker, and now I am trapped.  I can't get through the down stairs door for the one guard to punch me to death.  I tried many times over many hours to contact a gm in game.  I pm'd the only gm shown to be online in the members section with no response.  I logged onto IRC channel #2238 to ask for help.  Twice.  So now I am doing what we are specifically told not to do: starting a thread.  I wish I knew another way, but I have not been able to play with this character for hours and this is my final recourse that I am aware of.

Sorry for the pointless thread, please help.  Name of character is Jim Cricket.

Edit: someone finally used the front door, IM OUT!  Sorry again for clogging up the forum with this, if I had any other option I would have used it.
