Error Bug

Crit.:
 While I was entering the area to get to the Brotherhood of Steel. A random person named error came out of no where and shot me, I fell down to the ground and was knocked out for an half an hour. Whenever I go near Dusty's bar or near the area, he comes out and kills me randomly. I can tell it's an NPC because when it gets shot, it starts to say pain converses. And when I press F6, no name shows up. When I look down in the console, it says "error was shot- [damage here]".

When I was killed, I've lost 20K caps. Username: Infiltrator.

And also a Scout car. The key was lost.
