Yeah.. there are many towns, but people just use about 1 to 2 towns.. NCR and HUB :(
I use them all, if i got feeling to go adventure.

You can create another 10 PE 10 AG SG tagged alt and continue burst innocents there. As it was said already many times >_>

I'd still like to see an anti-theft perk.  Or maybe just add it to one of the existing perks, like maybe to cautious nature.  +2 PE for noticing pickpocket attempts.

Not alot of use to a perk like that no combat build would ever take it.  Seriously if a guard see's somebody robbing somebody else shouldnt they do something about it lol?
