A "WTF is this?" item I found...

There is an item I found in Redding when I was "helping" the NPCs to their graves... anyways, I found an item called "Reserved Item", and it's description is,"This is a reserved item. DO NOT USE!"
What is this item and what does it do?

I think a GM or Devs can help me out on this one...

One witness is HauntedSoul, who can support me on this one, because he saw this item in my inventory I told him about...

Anything? :/

(P.S. - I have no pictures to show the item, in which I don't know how to post pictures on this forum...)

I think it's pretty self-explanatory. It's a reserved item, and you mustn't use it.

The name and description is in reality more directed to dev/GM I guess. One of dev must be trying scripts or whatever with it, so it's "reserved" for him.
About the fact it's in game... Well, a drunk GM trying to spawn an APA spawned it and didn't noticed maybe.
