How to join CBT?

I really want to join CBT and want see what new we will got after wipe.
I can help with testing and report bugs (Yes i know how to report bugs so no problem with that), but i wish to ask also if there is idiots/trolls in CBT why you not just throw them out and take more helpful players who really do something useful for testing?

I'm more interested to check things about Unarmed and Melee, but i didn't think about bases or rape for them :/
