Aimed shoot to the torso shoud give a bonus to hit chance.
Desert Mutt:
As far as i understand in the current implementation there is no difference between aimed shoot to the torso and just regular shoot except AP cost ( I can be wrong feel free to correct me).
Aime shot to the the torso:
- costs 1 more AP
- adds 0% crit. chance
- no hit chance modifications (e.g. shoot to eyes has -60% hit chance modification).
I propose to change it a bit - make bonus to hit chance (+15% hit chance or some other value), since you spend some time (AP) for aiming at the torso, which is a huge target compared to other parts, you should get better hit chance with this shoot.
Inspired by http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Targeting_Computer from FoT.

For now it doesn't give anything. It was taken from fallout wiki site, thought it could work like in FoT - if you shoot torso it damaged lungs - so people couldnt run, also it had armor piercing effect also.
Think about it.
Johnnybravo:
There are already several ways to cripple somebody, but extra hit chance would be really handful for early levels, where action point cost usually makes it impossible to shoot twice anyway.

+10 to hit
+5 to crit hit chance

Naah. You kind of aiming to the torso where the armor is, so no crits.
