Ok so if I read correctly... if your karma is below -200 then every so often (I forget the exact amount of time) it will raise up a little if you haven't done anything to lower it.  However, in my first build that I don't fight with anymore i noticed that I still have a rather high negative number for "Bounty Hunters".  So 2 questions.

Who are the Bounty Hunters?

Why is that number so far below all my other numbers?

You probably joined Mordinos or Raiders, I can remember having low rep with them from something like that.
And as I know there are no bounty hunters NPCs in game, only... reputation, it means that this reputation drop is from very very very old FOnline when they were planned or may be removed or something.

Yeah I joined Raiders.  I got a massive drop in Unity as well which made life difficult for awhile lol. 

I guess since they're not around then maybe that's why the reputation isn't going back up.
