Crafting cooldown

Is there anyway to reduce the cooldown for crafting? like increase certain skills?

No - would lead to more alts!11. The time is already divided by 4! (though it wont be like that post-wipe, probably).

It's already reduced :/ why to reduce it even more?

I would remove it at all. What is the point of it? - Make player waste more time to craft BAs?
