Bank crash.

Crit.:
 I was taking some money out of the bank in as 15K. It then said, " We don't have that amount of sum. " I was like "What the hell is going on here?" I transferred it to my brothers account as 8K. He said nothing arrived to him, I searched him later on and there was nothing in his inventory, we were in the same area at the time, I checked the bank and I only have 8K left. I tried to take it out, but it never worked, someone help me?
