...but like the most caps i've ever seen a merchant have so far is 65 . so how am i supposed to make money???

Unguarded towns like Reno have traders with tons of caps in their inventories, last time I checked.

yes, but that traders only doctors
at least there needed character with 300 barter

p.s near 2kk in each trader
