Give a sneak bonus when walking

Done. btw you pick up awareness for characters in 2238 ? Noob ;D only if merc leader or slaver.

About suggestion why not? It will not make silent running a bad perk yet it is some " utility "

Not only for merc leaders, for trolls too, to know what weapon to drop and whom to kill with piercing kick in the eyes!

About suggestion, why not to make all perks gained at 1st level, so

Aahaha! I'm sure silent running would still have it's place, and the bonus should only be small.

I would just like to see sneakers walking more thats all. Besides, running isn't exactly the most stealthy way to move.

Also, it gives non sneakers the chance to run up behind a sneak walker, letting them spot the sneaker before they get spotted themselves. I think that would give nice little angle on the whole stealth/PvP stuff.

BTW the CB ghost perk sounds really good.
