HELP NEED GM

I'm stuck in the Sanfansisco underground BoS base and I left to join a friends faction, but i wasnt killed down ther and i cant take the elevator back up.
PLEASE HELP ME, IT'S MY LVL21 CHARACTER!!!!!!! :'(
