Change the only two ways to become a Raider

Must admit that joining raiders is a bit tricky if one accidentally fails one part of joining them. Reputation can still be received by first aiding slavers or Khans but it takes goddamn long. 

Typical action when someone screws up his raiders application is to make a new char  ::)
