Best caravans to hunt for loot

Just curious what the best caravans for loot are? NCR? San Fran? Or...?

san fran has lsw,lazer rifles , needle pistols and smgs
ncr has combat shottys , grease guns , flamers ,smgs, hk claws

Thanks to both, yes it does help.  I had thought I heard that san fran carried LSW's, but the one san fran caravan I ran into was carrying sledgehammers, knives & an assault rifle.  lol... guess I ran into the leftover patrol or something.

1 under reno there is san fran caravans with lsw`s
they dont allways have one thou
chances are i think 1/3 have one girl with one.
sometimes you get lucky and get 2 girls with 2 lsws (which is awesome :) )
