[Help!] I dont cant enter in the game

Hello,

Well my problem is.. i dont cant enter..

I make a new character and when i try to log in the game says minimun time from one computer to one account its 10 min.. i wait a hour.. and nothing.. why i dont cant enter? u.u

Log back onto the last account you were able to successfully get online with, and then log out in a location like on the world map, and then wait the 3-10 minutes.
