FYI: Discussing the ways to overcome the game rules (this includes using proxy or/and any third-party software affecting the game code) isn't something, that is allowed here.

Regarding your problem: you can either:
A. Find an another companion, and ask him to help with buying a base (beware of robbers)
B. Send one of your brothers to the local computer club and do it from there.
or C. Buy a used base (use this section to post the trade offer).

And as it seems, that this topic is always getting filled with restricted info, I'd better close it and recommend to discuss it elsewhere. Or don't discuss it at all, and do it as I said above.
