Not the best time to being forming a group I think, considering population is at an all-time low.  But by all means good luck.

word of advice people dont use the radio anymore for main speaking with each other. unless there newbies and dont know other wise. most use irc,teamspeak,mumble,raidcall. go on irc make your owe chanall or just use #2238 so people can speak with you.

Rain:
I advise to join a gang first,then create your own one when you have A LOT of exp,free time,and cash and stuff.And when you are prepared to lose them all :)
Without a bunch of exp and organization,you will be fucked in no time,trust me.
