Killing NPC faction member rep cap.

Radios are a great idea. Something simple like the -50 for killing a member with a radio. Will add a challenge to whoever is making all the PVP players vilified.

Anyways, the player as in person behind monitor clearly sees it all and reasoning as You did, one should hold no grudge against PKs of any kind whether he's in NPC or player-made faction, because his character can't remember jack after raising from the dead (which is all the more funny if supposed NPC "rescue team" finds You as a puddle of plasma-melted meat and still claims "You were almost dead").

Back on topic tho, I'm all in the favor of radios for NPC factions reputation drop.

Radios should be there too I think however rep drop should be higher after all except NPC faction all else group is small player in the wasteland.
