Penetrate perk.

I saw that penetrate perk modifies the DT on wiki.That's good but,as i am currently playing an ew crippler,i was wondering,will a penetrate gun allow me to get more armore bypasses so i can deal decent damage even with Finesse..?
Any Clue..?...Thanks in advance.

Penetrate perk is a fixed DT/5 reduction, won't affect your critical chances/effects (and therefore won't increase bypass chance).

NB: Finesse+energy=no damage, that's all :)

Not totally true in pve-medium tier pvp,but i suppose serious pvp is another story(not yet experienced).And about bypasses,low damages either..?And uhm,what chance do i have to bypass providing best possible crits % ?..Thank you,your experience proved to be very helpful to me more than once.

No, if you score a bypass, finesse is ignored, and bypasses with energy are often slaughtering. But that don't happen so often, especially if you don't hit eyes.

Accurate crit table are not availables to players. And I think enemy luck have a part in chances.

That's pretty much all i need to know,thanks again...the questions remains for GM's to solve,how do one calculates bypass formula..?(maybe time to open a dedicated topic..)
