Armor piercing ammunition

AC = Armor Class, than more AC, than harder to hit you. You don't need much skill at weapon to hit target with low AC, but guy with 10 AGI and BOS combat armor can has 30 AC, so your shot can miss, if you don't have enough skill. If ammo has -10 AC, for example, so that means that guy will have 30-10=20 AC, so that ammo gives your additional % to hit.
DR = Damage Resistance, % of damage that go nowhere. Guy with rocketlauncher hitted you on 50 damage. You have 50% resistance 50-50%=25. So you lost only 25 HP.
Damage adj = Damage Adjusment, % of damage that bullet will do. For example 3/1, your rifle do 15 damage, but bullet 15*3/1=45 damage.
