Well im sorry about it but i was been just mad...wate of time and i didn't get anything...

Actually TB is for those who are fond of the old Fallouts (1-2).
Fallout was a TB RPG and playing Fonline in TB makes a similar experience.
Those who says TB is shit should remember that it was in the original game and it surely wasn't shit but a cool thing.
Fonline should have been TB only. RT is fun but it just doesn't give the old feeling back which is overhelming and way cooler than any RT action I seen so far.

Is it possible to give the equipped weapons on npc's from encounters the same property that makes armor drop after a PC is killed?

P.S. Calm down kill n die, 1. Work on your English a little bit more so that someone can truly understand whatever type of insult you are throwing at them 2. I have no need to try fighting enclave in TB as I dislike TB since it takes time away from farming faster in RT.

You answered your own question.

If there will be dropped NPC gear (at least good stuff), then the NPCs will also have to have a scarcity.

Also, farming would be detected by the HQ/faction and the areas would get more and better patrols and maybe better AI.

Still, we CAN farm all sorts of good items. We just don't get weapons from town NPCs nor armor from any NPCs.
