This could already be happening if half the map wasnt off limits due to gangs. All of the thing you listed already exist and have a home but you never get to experiance them in this setting.I know this is going to be hated by most people and I'm prepared for the flaming.Open the towns in the north back up to everyone and create arenas for PvP.Fallout wasnt designed to be a battle simulator,it's an rpg.I love towns like the Den and Klammoth but no one can enter them.People are missing alot of great locations on the map because of this.I think this was suggested once a long time ago over on NMA.If i remember correctly it was hated by most of the larger factions and shot down.Is it possible to create arena's that are exact copies of the towns, complete with town control options and all.It feels like half the server doesnt get to enjoy the whole world thats been created and it bugs me,but maybe it's just me.

People want to kill. People want to loot. People don't want RPG(I want it, if its not abused), try to make the new players do something for a price. It takes 30 minutes to explain them that you want them to do something and reward them :D
People are not used to playing RPG here, most of the RPG is another form of PK. So why bother? Before wipe rpg faction of hoarding technology - how to kill players with good stuff together... the pinnacle of role play.
So even If we would want some of that, most of people here want to shoot others, if they say otherwise, it means they have poor means of doing it.

That's what I meant. ;) The majority of players here just want to shoot shoot kill kill kill the whole day. They take the thing that this is a "wasteland" as an exuse to behave like assholes. I bet very very few players hadn't played FO1/2 and then come here and tell us what fallout is like... And this is sad. And because the players who just want to shoot and kill are becoming more and more and the players who don't want to do this are leaving I can see the direction this game is going. That's why such things like Nyan suggested will never happen. It all becomes a shoot and killfest. Hooray.

Your answers made my day, because I see there are some good people in here. I really didn't care if my ideas will be implemented into the game or not, I just wanted to see it's getting better, some kind of progress towards post-ap world simulator, but yeah the bitter truth is that the community is the worst part of the game and devs seem to do what majority tells them to keep the game alive. I shall kill myself now as one has stated in this topic, shalom.

Define "majority" - crazy pixel-shooters? PKs? Role-players? Bombers? Noobs?
If you want to start something new, fresh or just different from "itanz", "lulz" and "ownz", just do it (as Nike ads are saying :>). Get some friends with, it's more easier then, try if it's gonna work and then ask for GM's help.
In Hub is lot of locked doors, unable to open even with high lockpick skill - remains of "Hub Roleplaying Project", that unfortunately died, before it was born. Boneyard, pretty large city, stays empty for most of the time, both Vaults either, Necropolis is, well, "truly dead town". As you can see, there is no need to add some extra locations just for trying something, and still you don't need to enter "arena-like" northern towns.
Nyan:
It was never about the location, it's just about those job scripts, I don't care if it's a new town or the old one. But this is your mentality, try to create a topic on the forum and use the pip-boy term - 200 replies about the pip-boy and 0 about your topic, write karma instead of reputation - a flame war and devs shooting thunders at you from their celestial kingdom. What I ask for is after reading the whole thing don't just write what is wrong but try to make it doable and good. Instead of 'stupid' write 'I'd change this and that'. Why do I still care
