How to Download Game and start

Ok so I am very new to this. I just joined and made an account on here I found out about this game on youtube. I just wanted to know how to download the game and actually play it. I have no idea what to do and I really want to play. Now i know this game requires Fallout 2 to play. Is there any free way to get that if so can you please also tell me that but if not I will just buy it. But my main point is any help to a newbie would be great. So yeah how do i download the game i wanna play!! :D

First off buy the game, there is no legal way to obtain it free.

Pretty much everything you need to know and has the download link.

Last but not least once you have logged into game PM ASAP so that I can help you get started out.
