Weapon perk

Well, i found some weapons has a perk with them, like Long Range, Accurate, Penetrate, ....
Anyone know how those weapon perks work? I searched on wiki but find nothing about them. Hope they'll be on wiki soon.

Crazy:
"Accurate" adds + 20% CtH.
"Long Range" means you get 16% CtH per point of perception instead of 8%
"Penetrate" divides the enemy's Damage Threshold by 5, rounding down

And the perk Knockback+Flameboy?

Knockback allows a random chance for knockback or under certain situations, I believe.
