The "sacrifices" are a mechanism to keep the faction members productive, and an RP element to explain where Sierra gets its resources.

(Aside from the resources already stockpiled there. More)

Maybe instead of a generic "sacrifice" (sound more a thing from Chaos Space Marine) you could "donate items" or "strenghten the robot army".

Maybe we can have Chaos faction with availability of purple spiked power armours and bloodletter daemon companions. xD

We forgot an important part of the Chaos Army... they keep screamin' "For The Dark Gods" and this not good for Wasteland.
