If I become a slave I become vilified/ hated by alot of factions.

Will i be shot on sight?

yes, by rangers and others. read on wiki.
some will like you, though

yes you will be shot on sight if your hated or vilified, the negative karma will eventually go back to neutral if you avoid killing them.
