But i wanted maximally simple and maximally small tool so i think i am not making copy, just variation. And by the way i think that anything that has "allways on top" should be transparent.

Very good tool. If you still have some free time and are willing to work on it, can I suggest you make the "Reset" button into "GO" and move "Close" below.

Options would open up a small window with a table where we can enter the name and time in seconds for whatever we want. That way you needn't worry about not including something as the player will add it himself.
BTW, the code to download was "FCKN" :D

Great idea, i had some issues with visual studio itself but now everything is okay so i am going to make it as you said.

Fo Collector V1.1 finished:

Now you are able to add items via config interface
also added delay which has default value 5 secs
you can change delay in config interface too
delay can have negative value if you wish
items are saved in file items.txt, so they are loaded on startup and you dont need to enter them over and over again
If you want to delete or rearrange items you have to edit the text file, but be carefull to edit it properly
items.txt should look like this:
1st line has number and its value is delay
2nd is first item
3rd is first item´s time
4th line is second item
5th line is second item´s time
and so on, so be carefull to not add some letters into line with number
if you want to delete item you have to delete line with its name AND its time

So i think everything is clear now, for basic users config interface should be enought, if you get some unhandled exceptions please write me about them, but i think everything is handled now.

And it first run, program will say you miss items.txt, itr allright program will make it itself so dont worry.

Please tell me what you think now

Judging from description it works just as pip-boy cooldown timers, with exception it flashes red when cooldown is ending.
It doesn't collect anything instead of you, so... why it should be not allowed?
